Print Release / Agreement

 

The bearer of this notice has purchased high resolution digital files from his and/or her photography session with Aries 70 Studio Photography. He or she is hereby granted permission by Aries 70 Studio Photography to reproduce the images described above and make an unlimited number of prints for personal use, and for distribution to family and friends.

Original copyright remains with the photographer. The photos may be printed but not altered or edited in any way other than by the photographer. Alterations is a violation of the copyright.

Posting pictures on-line and social media is allowed and permitted. Credit to Aries 70 Studio and link to facebook.com/aries70studio or aries.com is appreciated but not required. Using filters and/or effects not included during professional editing may reduce the quality of the photos. Please avoid using them when posting on any type of social media. Please use the web version provided to share with family and friends.

Remember to crop/resize the pictures to the specified size before printing. You can always request me a specific size for a better fit. I do not charge extra to resize Aries 70 Studio Photography images.

Aries 70 Studio Photography is not responsible for bad quality due to inexpensive material used to print the photos. Aries 70 Studio is not liable for print quality, cropping or coloring of any photos not printed directly from my professional lab. Photo quality is only guaranteed though photos purchased directly and through me and my lab.

Aries 70 Studio Photography retains the copyright to all images per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law).

All edited images are final. Additional editing is available but not included in the fee already paid.
